Easter

Happy Easter from our home to yours!

We had a great day celebrating the death and resurrection of our Lord, Jesus Christ!  Lola was so excited to get all dressed up and go sing to Jesus(this is her phrase for going to church!)  She got her flowers and was out the door in a flash!

This Easter we did something a little different!  We "Flowered the Cross" before our service began.  All the little children were so excited with their beautiful flowers  it just overwhelmed my heart with joy!  It gave me a little vision of what it was like when Jesus sat down and talked with the children. They are filled with so much love in their heart and desire to love and know more about the Lord!  Their flowers were a representation of bringing their best to the cross and giving it to Jesus!  He deserves the best and nothing but the best!

What a blessed family I have!

 The Easter bunny visited Lola.  We chose to wait till after lunch so Lola wouldn't wrap herself with the toys and such!  I think we will continue to do this!  Keeping the focus on the real meaning of Easter!

 She was all exited to go and find the eggs!

 We hope you all had a blessed Easter as well!  Spring is such a fun time for me!  I love all the color it brings to my eyes and soul!!! Thank you Lord for the beautiful season of Spring!
